In 2005, Kaiser hired metlawgroup to provide volume outsourced IT transactional work to support Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and the Kaiser Permanente IT group. Working autonomously over the course of two years, we successfully closed over 120 IT related transactions for the Kaiser group of companies. These included a variety of SaaS, licensing and custom software agreements.
