In 2012, the client retained metlawgroup to take lead as legal counsel in its annual refreshing films contest whereby 6 students were selected from leading US film schools to produce their 3-minute shorts featuring their nonalcoholic beverages.
Some features of the campaign included:
- devised rules for submissions
- comprehensive script and rights clearance
- prizing included $15,000 budget to shoot each short
- rough / final cut review and editing recommendations
- winning submission released on 2000 screens nationwide
